We're an automated payroll solution that cuts out the time and stress of doing payroll for growing tech businesses. We're proud to be a remote-first company, pushing forward how we work for the better.
We're looking for a Content Manager who will deliver high-quality and engaging content and start to shape our content strategy, tone of voice, and all things words. You will write yourself, together with acting as our in-house editor, collaborating with freelance writers on a regular basis.
Our mission is ambitious and underpinned by our Principles. As we champion the customer and focus on growth, we’re looking for leaders that can build a world-class technology company and inspire excellence to be driven at speed. We’re growing, and our content will generate more leads, support customers during product onboarding, and contribute to building a brand that customers and our internal team love.
π‘ We're committed to building a team capable of building a product for everyone, representing different and varied backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. We welcome applications from everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, and just about anything else.
The role π¬
Through your work, you'll have a direct impact on Pento's growth. Our content and voice will add enormous value to our brand growth over time.

• Whether it’s writing long-form content, like ebooks and reports, drafting landing page copy, reviewing website messaging, or supporting the sales team. You’ll contribute to revenue generation, developing effective content for lead generation and inbound marketing
• Co-own the creation of compelling case studies, by (co)interviewing customers and turning interviews into inspiring stories
• Experiment with different types of content to identify and scale the most promising opportunities. Work closely with the Growth team to ensure content is always optimised according to what we are seeing in the market
• Create content that resonates with our audience, delivering value and trust at every turn
Our levelling πͺ
The salary band for this L3-4 role is £62k-75k. Titles and compensation at Pento are dependent on our internal levelling (L1-6), which we'll assess throughout the interview process.

Your qualities π
• You Own Your Impact. You're able to see areas where you can make things better and step outside the scope of your work, knowing how your expertise could contribute to Growth Marketing and Sales. You know what outcomes will bring the most value and can find creative ways to deliver on your committed outcomes. You have a positive attitude even when there are roadblocks, and can always find your path in the fog
